{"id":53827,"date":"2019-08-01T15:41:39","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T15:41:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=53827"},"modified":"2019-08-01T15:41:39","modified_gmt":"2019-08-01T15:41:39","slug":"el-gobierno-apuesta-por-replantear-el-proyecto-de-los-chales-de-la-font-roja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-gobierno-apuesta-por-replantear-el-proyecto-de-los-chales-de-la-font-roja\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno apuesta por replantear el proyecto de los chal\u00e9s de la Font Roja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Gobierno Municipal de Alcoy<\/strong> se plantea<strong> repensar el proyecto de los chal\u00e9s de la Font Roja<\/strong> para desarrollar <strong>un proyecto m\u00e1s ambicioso<\/strong> que pueda, entre otras cosas, darle un uso a estos espacios como <strong>albergue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida se adopta despu\u00e9s de que el procedimiento para adjudicar las obras <strong>haya quedado desierto<\/strong> al renunciar a realizar los trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de estos inmuebles <strong>la empresa adjudicataria<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n <strong>todas las firmas<\/strong> que se hab\u00edan clasificado en el proceso. La edil de Urbanismo, <strong>Lorena Zamorano<\/strong>, detalla que<strong> se inicia un expediente complicado que hay que consensuar<\/strong> ya que al cambiar de uso se requerir\u00e1 de <strong>los permisos medioambientales<\/strong> pertinentes. Zamorano se\u00f1ala, en este sentido, que lo que se propone para este espacio es <strong>un albergue complementario a la oferta de alojamiento<\/strong> ya existente en la zona &#8220;<em>se tiene que revisar el proyecto dado que los condicionantes econ\u00f3micos, gracias a la gesti\u00f3n realizada, no son los que hab\u00eda en el a\u00f1o 2012 cuando se redact\u00f3 el mismo.
