{"id":53770,"date":"2019-07-31T15:13:35","date_gmt":"2019-07-31T15:13:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=53770"},"modified":"2019-07-31T15:13:35","modified_gmt":"2019-07-31T15:13:35","slug":"el-pp-critica-la-falta-de-soluciones-para-los-chales-de-la-font-roja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-critica-la-falta-de-soluciones-para-los-chales-de-la-font-roja\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP critica la falta de soluciones para los chal\u00e9s de la Font Roja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El <strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> ha declarado <strong>desierto<\/strong> el concurso <strong>para ejecutar la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de los chal\u00e9s de la Font Roja<\/strong> pendiente desde el a\u00f1o 2012. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Desde el Partido Popular <strong>lamentan esta situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y explican que\u00a0<b><\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ES\"><strong>la empresa mejor valorada en el concurso<\/strong> para adjudicarse la obra<strong> retir\u00f3 su oferta<\/strong> por el <strong>retraso en el proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que comenz\u00f3 en enero y concluy\u00f3 el 2 de mayo, con la adjudicaci\u00f3n definitiva. Esta, seg\u00fan los populares,<strong> present\u00f3 escrito el pasado 21 de mayo<\/strong> en el que retiraba su oferta por haber transcurrido m\u00e1s de dos meses desde la apertura de los sobres <strong>hasta la adjudicaci\u00f3n de las obras<\/strong>, valoradas en 311.333 euros (IVA incluido).\u00a0 Los populares a\u00f1aden que tras esto, <strong>el Ayuntamiento acept\u00f3 la renuncia y requiri\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n a la otra empresa<\/strong> que present\u00f3 oferta para rehabilitar los chalets. La citada firma, Construcciones Muro, <strong>no present\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>por lo que la adjudicaci\u00f3n <strong>ha quedado desierta<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el Gobierno debe valorar por qu\u00e9 ninguna de las dos empresas que present\u00f3 oferta ha aceptado ejecutar la obra.
