Esta cifra, seg\u00fan asegura el Gobierno Municipal del PSOE, <strong>es la m\u00e1s baja desde hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, siendo en total, <strong>21.791.218,41 euros<\/strong>, <b>369 euros por habitante<\/b>;: un hecho que supone un 43,69% del total del presupuesto. En este sentido, indican los socialistas, que en 2010 <strong>la deuda era de un total de 37.949 millones de euros<\/strong>, lo que representaba, <strong>618 euros por habitante<\/strong> y <strong>un porcentaje del 109% del total<\/strong> del Presupuesto Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Ejecutivo Municipal <strong>hacen un balance positivo de su gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica al frente del Ayuntamiento<\/strong> y afirma que la deuda por habitante en Alcoy <strong>est\u00e1 por debajo de los 490 euros<\/strong> por habitante tal y como se da en <strong>la media estatal<\/strong> &#8220;<em>un presupuesto se nutre de tributos, transferencias de otras administraciones y pr\u00e9stamos y lo m\u00e1s recomendable es financiar las inversiones productivas con pr\u00e9stamos, puesto que si se financiaron con ingresos corrientes, seria a expensas de recursos que tenemos para los servicios b\u00e1sicos de la ciudadan\u00eda. Tenemos que dar respuesta a las necesidades de las vecinas y los vecinos pero cuidando la gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, esto es el que, las \u00faltimas dos legislaturas, ha hecho este gobierno. Endeudarse no es malo, lo que es malo es endeudarse demasiado, y este gobierno ha encontrado el equilibrio reduciendo su deuda sin dejar de apostar por las inversiones importantes por esta ciudad.
