{"id":51746,"date":"2019-06-03T15:31:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T15:31:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=51746"},"modified":"2019-06-03T15:31:55","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T15:31:55","slug":"el-ayuntamiento-de-alcoy-recibe-las-obras-del-ceem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-ayuntamiento-de-alcoy-recibe-las-obras-del-ceem\/","title":{"rendered":"El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy recibe las obras del CEEM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcoy recibi\u00f3 el pasado viernes <strong>las obras del Centro de enfermos Mentales del \u2018Barranquet de Soler\u2019 (CEEM)<\/strong>, realizadas por el Ayuntamiento durante los \u00faltimos meses, para <strong>acondicionar el inmueble<\/strong>&nbsp;tras los actos vand\u00e1licos sufridos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. &nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n se ha intervenido en <strong>la climatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> al mismo tiempo que se han realizado <strong>actuaciones contra incendios<\/strong> y en<strong> materia de telecomunicaciones<\/strong>. Todo ello ha supuesto <strong>un coste de cerca de 300.000 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que recordar tambi\u00e9n que <strong>en el Presupuesto de la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> hay consignados <strong>dos millones de euros<\/strong> para equipar el espacio una vez se firme la cesi\u00f3n del mismo. La gesti\u00f3n del Centro, que prestar\u00e1 servicio en el \u00e1mbito comarcal, ser\u00e1 de <strong>competencia auton\u00f3mica<\/strong> &#8220;<em>llevamos muchos a\u00f1os luchando por un CEEM que heredamos: unas obras paralizadas, con impagos y muchos problemas legales. Unas obras que, como las viviendas del grupo Sant Jordi, afectan directamente a la vida de las personas, y a las que el Ayuntamiento y la Generalitat hemos dado soluci\u00f3n. Personalmente me hubiera gustado acabar esta legislatura con el CEEM en marcha pero, al menos, nuestro trabajo est\u00e1 acabado y esto es una gran satisfacci\u00f3n.
