Indicar que la zona <strong>se vio gravemente da\u00f1ada<\/strong> por los temporales de lluvia, viento y nieve que sufri\u00f3 la ciudad en el mes de enero del 2017. Estas obras <strong>han sido adjudicadas a la empresa Contratas Vilor S.L<\/strong>, por valor de<strong> 402.930 euros IVA incluido<\/strong>, y cuentan con <strong>un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong> que termina a finales de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que recordar que en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o <strong>se realiz\u00f3 la primera fase de estas obras<\/strong> que consist\u00eda en <strong>el re calzado del edificio<\/strong> situado en la calle Obispo Orber\u00e1 con un presupuesto de <strong>107.812 euros<\/strong>. El concejal de territorio y ciudad inteligente, <strong>Manolo Gomicia<\/strong>, ha indicado que se espera que la actuaci\u00f3n<strong> est\u00e9 finalizada antes del Mig Any\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;<em>estas obras, en su total, supondr\u00e1n m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de euros pero las arcas municipales solo aportar\u00e1n 250.000, euros ya que hemos conseguido una subvenci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Pol\u00edtica Territorial del 50%<\/em>&#8220;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda fase de la intervenci\u00f3n contempla\u00a0<strong>la consolidaci\u00f3n de la parte de debajo del talud<\/strong> y que supondr\u00e1 el desbroce de esta zona, la consolidaci\u00f3n del terreno, la desaparici\u00f3n del balc\u00f3n actual y la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo balc\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Han comenzado ya las obras de la segunda fase de consolidaci\u00f3n del talud donde est\u00e1n situadas las filaes Abencerrajes, Llana,&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":51667,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75],"tags":[2804,6784,7073,2925],"class_list":["post-51666","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","tag-comienza","tag-consolidacion","tag-rio-barxell","tag-segunda-fase"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
