{"id":50603,"date":"2019-05-08T14:27:06","date_gmt":"2019-05-08T14:27:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=50603"},"modified":"2019-05-08T14:27:06","modified_gmt":"2019-05-08T14:27:06","slug":"cocentaina-se-prepara-para-saborear-lo-mejor-de-su-gastronomia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/cocentaina-se-prepara-para-saborear-lo-mejor-de-su-gastronomia\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocentaina se prepara para saborear lo mejor de su gastronom\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocentaina iniciar\u00e1 este jueves<strong> la edici\u00f3n n\u00famero catorce de las Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas Fira de Tots Sants<\/strong> que en esta ocasi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n lugar<strong> entre el 9 de mayo y el 1 de junio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Certamen, enmarcado bajo el lema<strong> \u2018Cocentaina de Tapes\u2019<\/strong>, vuelve a ofrecer <strong>el cl\u00e1sico \u2018Quinto y Tapa\u2019<\/strong> y en la edici\u00f3n de 2019 podremos disfrutar de <strong>esta oferta gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong> por <strong>un total de diecis\u00e9is establecimientos hosteleros<\/strong> repartidos por diferentes puntos de la Villa Condal. El representante de la hosteler\u00eda en la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comercio \u2018El Comtat\u2019, <strong>Andr\u00e9s Pascual<\/strong>, explica que <strong>por el m\u00f3dico precio de 2\u20195 euros<\/strong> se podr\u00e1n degustar <strong>tapas t\u00edpicas de la localidad e incluso nuevas creaciones<\/strong> \u201c<em>el \u2018Quinto y Tapa\u2019 se ha vuelto a articular en cuatro rutas que discurrir\u00e1n por la parte baja del municipio, la zona media y alta del Passeig del Comtat y los bares que se encuentran al otro extremo de la Avinguda del Pa\u00eds Valenci\u00e0<\/em>\u201d, aclara. Por su parte el Presidente de los comerciantes,<strong> Jordi Va\u00f1\u00f3<\/strong>, recuerda <strong>el gran revulsivo econ\u00f3mico que supone para Cocentaina la celebraci\u00f3n de estas jornadas<\/strong> en plena primavera \u201c<em>tienen lugar en mayo, con la llegada del buen tiempo, y eso ya anima a la gente a salir a la calle para a conocer de cerca el comercio local y nuestra hosteler\u00eda; dos pilares importantes para la econom\u00eda local contestana que se complementan perfectamente<\/em>\u201d, se\u00f1ala. Finalmente la alcaldesa de Cocentaina, <strong>Mireia Estepa<\/strong>, y la edil de Fira, <strong>Mariona Carbonell<\/strong>; a\u00f1aden que \u2018Cocentaina de Tapes\u2019 contar\u00e1 con <strong>ambientaci\u00f3n musical<\/strong> as\u00ed como con <strong>una opci\u00f3n para degustar platos de cuchara<\/strong> en la que participan dos restaurantes \u201c<em>animamos a todos a venir durante las pr\u00f3ximas semanas a unas jornadas que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de saborear lo mejor de nuestra gastronom\u00eda, nos permiten\u00a0 estar m\u00e1s cerca de nuestros comerciantes y hosteleros<\/em>\u201d, concluyen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indicar que las Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas Fira de Tots Sants de Cocentaina ofrecen tambi\u00e9n <strong>numerosos premios<\/strong> por medio de <strong>los concursos convocados a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales<\/strong> y consistentes en <strong>compartir el cartel<\/strong> de las mismas.
