Las actuaciones realizadas <strong>han consistido<\/strong> en el lanzamiento de ayudas para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de fachadas y cubiertas as\u00ed como en la realizaci\u00f3n de intervenciones para cambiar la iluminaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el pavimento, la red de agua potable o la de alcantarillado. En total, seg\u00fan estima el Consistorio, <strong>se han llevado a cabo 131 proyectos<\/strong> que \u00a0han generado\u00a0<strong>1.250.000 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de estas iniciativas <strong>se ha creado una nueva convocatoria<\/strong>, que supondr\u00e1 <strong>una inversi\u00f3n de 70.000 euros<\/strong>, y que ir\u00e1 destinada a la mejora as\u00ed como <strong>la reforma de las fachadas y cubiertas<\/strong> del centro hist\u00f3rico. Esta <strong>se hace extensible a los barrios de conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y a la misma se podr\u00e1n acoger <strong>todos los edificios con m\u00e1s de cuarenta a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad<\/strong> &#8220;<em>entre el Ayuntamiento y los mismos vecinos \u00a0de Cocentaina estamos trabajando para mantener nuestro centro hist\u00f3rico, as\u00ed como los barrios de conservaci\u00f3n, en las mejores condiciones posibles. Con los cambios en la iluminaci\u00f3n, en el pavimento y la mejora de las fachadas ya se ha visto todo este trabajo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Esta l\u00ednea de trabajo seguir\u00e1 siendo una constante en nuestra acci\u00f3n de Gobierno, as\u00ed es que a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o seguiremos viendo los buenos resultados e iremos incidiendo en aquellas zonas con m\u00e1s necesidades<\/em>&#8220;, detalla el concejal de Obras y Servicios, <strong>Marcos Castell\u00f3<\/strong>.
