{"id":49032,"date":"2019-03-14T22:27:08","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T22:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=49032"},"modified":"2019-03-14T22:27:08","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T22:27:08","slug":"el-consell-abonara-los-costes-del-proceso-judicial-de-ardystil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-consell-abonara-los-costes-del-proceso-judicial-de-ardystil\/","title":{"rendered":"El Consell abonar\u00e1 los costes del proceso judicial de Ardystil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Generalitat, <strong>Ximo Puig<\/strong>, se comprometi\u00f3 ayer a asumir los\u00a0<strong>gastos judiciales<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de los <strong>afectados por el S\u00edndrome Ardystil<\/strong>, una <strong>deuda pendiente desde 1993<\/strong>, cuando <strong>las Cortes Valencianas<\/strong> aprobaron por unanimidad<strong> una resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> en este sentido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El m\u00e1ximo responsable del Gobierno Auton\u00f3mico <strong>recibi\u00f3 en Val\u00e8ncia a una representaci\u00f3n del colectivo<\/strong>, informando que el objetivo es <strong>habilitar la partida econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, de alrededor de\u00a0<strong>medio mill\u00f3n de euros<\/strong>, a la mayor brevedad posible, bien <strong>a trav\u00e9s de un decreto<\/strong> o de <strong>otra f\u00f3rmula<\/strong> que lo permita. El alcalde de Alcoy, <strong>Antonio Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, explica que <b>veinte a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del llamado \u2018<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">S\u00edndrome<\/span><b>\u00a0Ardystil\u2019<\/b> las v\u00edctimas por fin <strong>han recibido el perd\u00f3n que merecen<\/strong> por parte del Consell <em>&#8220;las Cortes aprobaron en los a\u00f1os noventa por unanimidad que la Generalitat pagara las costas judiciales de los afectados pero en m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de gobierno del Partido Popular, no solo no se cumpli\u00f3 esta promesa sino que condenaron al olvido m\u00e1s absoluto a toda esta gente. El calvario que han pasado los afectados y sus familias no se puede borrar pero, hay que destacar la implicaci\u00f3n personal del Presidente y la clara intenci\u00f3n de reparaci\u00f3n con el pago de las costas judiciales que tiene el Gobierno valenciano<\/em>&#8220;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que <strong>el S\u00edndrome Ardystil salt\u00f3 a los titulares en 1992<\/strong> con el fallecimiento de Isabel Mir\u00f3, la primera de las seis v\u00edctimas de fibrosis pulmonar provocada por las\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">aerograf\u00edas<\/span><b>\u00a0textiles<\/b><strong>. <\/strong>Junto a ellas hubo <strong>medio centenar de afectados<\/strong> en Alcoy y nuestras comarcas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente de la Generalitat, Ximo Puig, se comprometi\u00f3 ayer a asumir los\u00a0gastos judiciales\u00a0de los afectados por el S\u00edndrome Ardystil,&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":49033,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,125],"tags":[8415,4243,479,8416,8417],"class_list":["post-49032","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-portada","tag-abonara","tag-ardystil","tag-consell","tag-costes","tag-proceso-judicial"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
