{"id":48120,"date":"2018-12-19T15:40:02","date_gmt":"2018-12-19T15:40:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=48120"},"modified":"2018-12-19T15:40:02","modified_gmt":"2018-12-19T15:40:02","slug":"recta-final-para-las-obras-de-rehabilitacion-del-grup-sant-jordi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/recta-final-para-las-obras-de-rehabilitacion-del-grup-sant-jordi\/","title":{"rendered":"Recta final para las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Grup Sant Jordi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las<strong> obras<\/strong> para <strong>finalizar la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Grupo de Viviendas Sant Jordi<\/strong> podr\u00edan estar terminadas en el <strong>plazo de un mes<\/strong> seg\u00fan han comunicado <strong>los responsables de la actuaci\u00f3n<\/strong> al Gobierno Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intervenci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 desarrollando en <strong>los inmuebles situados en la calle Entenza 3 y 5<\/strong>, y <strong>Espronceda n\u00famero 6<\/strong>, y la misma consiste en <strong>reparar las humedades<\/strong> de los entresuelos, <strong>asentar el pavimento<\/strong> de las plantas bajas y <strong>mejorar las instalaciones<\/strong> interiores. El coste del proyecto <strong>roza los 400.000 euros<\/strong> y el mismo permitir\u00e1 finalizar <strong>una obra que se paraliz\u00f3 en 2012<\/strong> cuando\u00a0la empresa que esta realizando la rehabilitaci\u00f3n abandon\u00f3 el trabajo al no cobrar lo que le correspond\u00eda por parte de la Generalitat Valenciana; <strong>en manos del PP<\/strong> en aquellos momentos. Quedaron entonces por acabar <strong>20 viviendas agrupadas en tres inmuebles<\/strong> &#8220;<em>por fin, los vecinos del Grupo Sant Jordi ven como sus casas son rehabilitadas. La mala gesti\u00f3n del Partido Popular supuso que una parte de los vecinos se quedaron sin poder iniciar la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, tal y como aseguramos, no pens\u00e1bamos dejar de trabajar hasta dar una soluci\u00f3n a estas 20 familias.
