{"id":47829,"date":"2018-12-08T17:57:22","date_gmt":"2018-12-08T17:57:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=47829"},"modified":"2018-12-08T17:57:22","modified_gmt":"2018-12-08T17:57:22","slug":"cocentaina-vuelve-a-subir-a-santa-barbara-para-degustar-la-corriola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/cocentaina-vuelve-a-subir-a-santa-barbara-para-degustar-la-corriola\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocentaina vuelve a subir a Santa B\u00e1rbara para degustar &#8216;La Corriola&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocentaina renov\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado <strong>8 de diciembre<\/strong> la singular costumbre de <strong>&#8216;La Corriola&#8217;<\/strong>, una <strong>antiqu\u00edsima fiesta<\/strong> que se celebra cada a\u00f1o coincidiendo con el <strong>d\u00eda de la Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El escenario de esta arraigada tradici\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a ser el <strong>paraje de Santa B\u00e1rbara<\/strong>, a las faldas de la Serra de Mariola, y lugar hasta el que subieron <strong>centenares de contestanos<\/strong> de todas las edades para degustar el <strong>pan redondo en forma de polea<\/strong> y la <strong>cl\u00e1sica longaniza roja en &#8216;bolteta&#8217;<\/strong>; dos viandas que dan nombre a esta peculiar jornada cuyo origen <strong>se remonta en el tiempo<\/strong>. El sol y las elevadas temperaturas se aliaron con <strong>un d\u00eda de &#8216;La Corriola&#8217; que result\u00f3 ser espl\u00e9ndido<\/strong> y que empez\u00f3 a las nueve de la ma\u00f1ana con el <strong>ascenso<\/strong> de gran cantidad de vecinos al citado paraje acompa\u00f1ados de <strong>la m\u00fasica tradicional de la Colla Mal Passet<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieren presentes en esta comitiva <strong>los J\u00faniors de las dos parroquias locales<\/strong> ya que ambos movimientos se encargaron de organizar <strong>varios juegos<\/strong> para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os durante toda la ma\u00f1ana. La<strong> campana<\/strong> de la ermita de Santa B\u00e1rbara, que tambi\u00e9n es parte importante en la fiesta, <strong>no dej\u00f3 de sonar en las primeras horas del d\u00eda<\/strong> y junto a la cuerda de la misma<strong> se agolparon gran cantidad de ni\u00f1os<\/strong> dispuestos a hacer repicar el bronce &#8220;<em>ha sido tan intenso el volteo que incluso se ha acabado rompiendo el badajo. A pesar de esto la jornada ha transcurrido con normalidad y en un gran ambiente de Fiesta. La tradici\u00f3n de &#8216;La Corriola&#8217; se traspasa de \u00a0generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n y ayer pod\u00edamos ver como hab\u00eda gran actividad en las panader\u00edas y carnicer\u00edas del pueblo porque nadie se quer\u00eda quedar sin su pan y longaniza roja<\/em>&#8220;, expresaba a los micr\u00f3fonos de COPE ALCOY el alcalde accidental y edil de Medio Ambiente; <strong>Sa\u00fal Botella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El d\u00eda de &#8216;La Corriola&#8217; finaliz\u00f3 con <strong>una misa de campa\u00f1a<\/strong> en la explanada de la ermita, dedicada a La Pur\u00edssima, y que estuvo oficiada por el p\u00e1rroco del Salvador;
