{"id":47713,"date":"2018-12-03T17:31:53","date_gmt":"2018-12-03T17:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=47713"},"modified":"2018-12-03T17:31:53","modified_gmt":"2018-12-03T17:31:53","slug":"la-diputacion-presenta-un-presupuesto-de-214-millones-para-el-ano-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/la-diputacion-presenta-un-presupuesto-de-214-millones-para-el-ano-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"La Diputaci\u00f3n presenta un Presupuesto de 214 millones para el a\u00f1o 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Alicante<\/strong> ha presentado el <strong>borrador<\/strong> de los <strong>Presupuestos del 2019<\/strong>, unas cuentas que suben a <strong>los 224 millones<\/strong> en el cap\u00edtulo de<strong> ingresos<\/strong> y a los <strong>214<\/strong> en el de <strong>gastos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El citado Presupuesto <strong>prev\u00e9 una capacidad de financiaci\u00f3n de 55,8 millones de euros<\/strong> y destaca por incrementos en las partidas de <strong>Ciclo H\u00eddrico<\/strong>, que sube un 70%, <strong>Asistencia a Municipios<\/strong>, que crece un 57,5%, <strong>Cultura<\/strong>, con un 23% de subida, <strong>Medio Ambiente<\/strong>, que se eleva un 18,7%, <strong>Planes de Obras<\/strong>, con un 15,3%, o <strong>Infraestructuras<\/strong>, con un 8,2%.En cuanto a las principales pol\u00edticas que se desarrollar\u00e1n hay que mencionar <strong>la colaboraci\u00f3n con los Ayuntamientos<\/strong> para la <strong>prestaci\u00f3n de servicios<\/strong> se destinar\u00e1n <strong>80,2 millones de euros<\/strong> -54,3 millones en subvenciones- y 25,9 millones a trav\u00e9s de <strong>la aportaci\u00f3n<\/strong> al Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos.\u00a0Respecto a las pol\u00edticas dirigidas a las personas <strong>se contar\u00e1 con un presupuesto de 59,4 millones de euros<\/strong>, un <strong>7,9%<\/strong> m\u00e1s que el pasado a\u00f1o. Asimismo en <strong>Cultura<\/strong> se contemplan <strong>17,7 millones de euros<\/strong> y en <strong>Deportes 4,3 millones<\/strong> al mismo tiempo que\u00a0el Gobierno Provincial reforzar\u00e1 <strong>las pol\u00edticas medioambientales<\/strong>, \u00e1rea que experimenta <strong>un incremento del 18,7 millones de euros<\/strong>.\u00a0El \u00e1rea de <strong>Ciclo H\u00eddrico<\/strong> contar\u00e1 en 2019 con <strong>13,3 millones de euros<\/strong>, lo que supone <strong>un crecimiento del 70%<\/strong> con respecto a este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portavoz del Gobierno Provincial, <strong>Carlos Castillo<\/strong>, remarca el <strong>car\u00e1cter inversor<\/strong> de estas cuentas e incide en que estas <strong>se incrementan\u00a0un 9,2% m\u00e1s que el pasado a\u00f1o<\/strong> &#8220;<em>desde la Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante vamos a estar siempre al lado de nuestros municipios, especialmente con aquellos que m\u00e1s lo necesitan. Por este motivo se pondr\u00e1 en marcha en 2019 una nueva convocatoria de ayudas de 400.000 euros, dirigida a los Ayuntamientos de hasta 1.000 habitantes, y que servir\u00e1 para colaborar en las direcciones facultativas de las obras.
