{"id":46569,"date":"2018-10-23T15:03:29","date_gmt":"2018-10-23T15:03:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=46569"},"modified":"2018-10-23T15:06:10","modified_gmt":"2018-10-23T15:06:10","slug":"fcc-deja-de-lado-la-idea-de-subcontratar-parte-del-servicio-de-limpieza-de-alcoy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/fcc-deja-de-lado-la-idea-de-subcontratar-parte-del-servicio-de-limpieza-de-alcoy\/","title":{"rendered":"FCC deja de lado la idea de subcontratar parte del servicio de limpieza de Alcoy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas <strong>(FCC)<\/strong> ha paralizado la intenci\u00f3n de<strong> frenar la subcontrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> de parte de la\u00a0<strong>limpieza viaria de Alcoy\u00a0<\/strong>despu\u00e9s de que <strong>Comprom\u00eds<\/strong> denunciase este asunto la pasada semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La formaci\u00f3n nacionalista <strong>advirti\u00f3 hace unos d\u00edas<\/strong> de que esta medida <strong>podr\u00eda ser ilegal<\/strong> y asegur\u00f3 que la propuesta<strong> solo habr\u00eda sido viable<\/strong> en caso de haberse especificado en la oferta <strong>la parte del contrato<\/strong> que se ten\u00eda previsto subcontratar, se\u00f1alando el importe y el nombre o perfil empresarial. As\u00ed se especifica <strong>en el art\u00edculo 227<\/strong> <strong>de la ley de contratos<\/strong>, un documento que han revisado los mismos servicios jur\u00eddicos de Comprom\u00eds.
