El primero obtuvo<strong> 1.701 sufragios<\/strong> (57,2%) frente a <strong>los 1.250<\/strong> (42%) que consigui\u00f3 la segunda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidatura de Pablo Casado <strong>cuenta con dos cargos valencianos<\/strong>: el presidente de la Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante,<strong> C\u00e9sar S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, y la portavoz del PP en el Ayuntamiento de Castell\u00f3, <strong>Bego\u00f1a Carrasco<\/strong>. S\u00e1nchez es <strong>alcalde de Calp desde 2011<\/strong> y <strong>desde 2015 preside la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Alicante<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s es miembro de <strong>la Ejecutiva Nacional del PP<\/strong> desde 2017. Anteriormente,<strong> fue diputado en Les Corts<\/strong> entre 2007 y 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una entrevista concedida al Diario El Mundo C\u00e9sar S\u00e1nchez <strong>ha abogado por la uni\u00f3n del Partido Popular<\/strong> para afrontar las inminentes citas electorales <em>&#8220;primero las auton\u00f3micas andaluzas y despu\u00e9s municipales y auton\u00f3micas de 2019 y las generales de 2020.
