{"id":43895,"date":"2018-07-11T18:29:24","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T18:29:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=43895"},"modified":"2018-07-11T18:40:41","modified_gmt":"2018-07-11T18:40:41","slug":"alcoy-entra-en-un-plan-de-construccion-de-pisos-a-traves-de-cooperativas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/alcoy-entra-en-un-plan-de-construccion-de-pisos-a-traves-de-cooperativas\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoy entra en un Plan de construcci\u00f3n de pisos a trav\u00e9s de cooperativas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> ha incluido a Alcoy en un<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>plan piloto<\/strong>\u00a0que permitir\u00e1<strong> la construcci\u00f3n de pisos protegidos<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de <strong>cooperativas<\/strong>,\u00a0en <strong>las parcelas<\/strong> <strong>que tiene la ciudad<\/strong> y que pertenecen a la Entitat Valenciana d\u2019Habitatge i S\u00f2l ( el antiguo IVVSA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cesi\u00f3n de los solares a las cooperativas sin \u00e1nimo de lucro que resulten adjudicatarias <strong>ser\u00e1 por 75 a\u00f1os en r\u00e9gimen de derecho de superficie<\/strong>. Transcurrido este periodo tanto las viviendas construidas como el suelo <strong>formar\u00e1n parte<\/strong>, de pleno derecho, del parque p\u00fablico de la Generalitat.\u00a0El fondo de reserva que se le exigir\u00e1 a los socios <strong>ser\u00e1 de seis meses\u00a0<\/strong>y el 50% de los integrantes <strong>deber\u00e1 pertenecer a colectivos preferentes<\/strong>, tales como v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero, mayores de 60 a\u00f1os o menores de 35 a\u00f1os. Para <strong>acceder a unas de estas viviendas\u00a0<\/strong>no se podr\u00e1 disponer a una renta superior a 4,5 veces el IPREM y la cuota mensual a abonar a la cooperativa no podr\u00e1n superar el 30% de sus ingresos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los terrenos que se ceder\u00e1n en este primer concurso <strong>permitir\u00e1n la creaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 180 residencias<\/strong> y adem\u00e1s de Alcoy estar\u00edan incluidas en esta propuesta otras ciudades de la Comunidad Valenciana como\u00a0<strong>Gandia<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Alzira<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Torrent<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Alicante<\/strong>,<strong>Sant<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Joan<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>y<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Torrevieja<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plazo para las cooperativas que quieran construir VPO de alquiler <strong>est\u00e1 abierto<\/strong> desde hace unos d\u00edas y los interesados <strong>pueden recoger la documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en la sede de EVha de la calle Vinatea 14 de Val\u00e8ncia.
