Desde la formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica aseguran que <span lang=\"ES\">actualmente <strong>existe una importante cantidad de pisos y locales alquilados<\/strong> para gente que no vive en la zona al mismo tiempo que apuntan que estos son mayoritariamente <strong>arrendados a j\u00f3venes<\/strong> para que los puedan usar como espacios de ocio y tiempo libre.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">Adem\u00e1s indican que <strong>el ruido y la suciedad<\/strong> est\u00e1n generando <strong>problemas de convivencia<\/strong> entre los vecinos &#8220;<em>unas situaciones que\u00a0lejos de aminorar, han ido aumentando con el paso del tiempo y la convivencia entre el vecindario y las horas de sue\u00f1o se ven resentidas diariamente, sobre todo ahora en verano<\/em>&#8220;, detalla la concejala de Guanyar, Vicky Ll\u00e0cer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La plataforma ha anunciado que <strong>presentar\u00e1 esta propuesta en forma de ruego<\/strong> en el pr\u00f3ximo pleno de este mes de junio con el fin de que el Gobierno Local del PSOE act\u00fae cuanto antes para <strong>adoptar una soluci\u00f3n<\/strong> a este problema.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El grupo municipal de Guanyar Alcoi ha exigido que se ponga en marcha en la ciudad un Plan de Choque&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":19818,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,79],"tags":[2508,4069,5881,997,2457],"class_list":["post-43334","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-politicayeconomia","tag-calle-san-francisco","tag-convivencia","tag-garantizar","tag-guanyar","tag-plan"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
