Recordar que este Plan <strong>cuenta con 700 millones de euros,<\/strong> parte de ellos procedentes de Fondos Europeos, y el mismo tiene\u00a0 como objetivo <strong>la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos centros educativos y tambi\u00e9n realizar mejoras en los colegios ya construidos<\/strong>, incluyendo el equipamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concejal de Educaci\u00f3n, <strong>Alberto Belda<\/strong>, valora positivamente esta\u00a0 iniciativa\u00a0y destaca que el Gobierno Local <strong>\u00a0se ha reunido con los nueve centros p\u00fablicos de la ciudad<\/strong> para perfilar la propuesta definitiva con la que acogerse a este plan &#8220;<em>Edificant demostrar\u00e1 una vez m\u00e1s que la administraci\u00f3n local es la m\u00e1s eficaz y eficiente a la hora de gestionar los recursos p\u00fablicos. Este Plan abrir\u00e1 un proceso participativo sin precedentes, puesto que por primera vez la comunidad educativa participar\u00e1 en la toma de decisiones de la construcci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de centros educativos, nadie mejor que los usuarios de los centros conocen sus necesidades<\/em>&#8220;, afirma.\u00a0 Indicar que las necesidades que expongan los colegios alcoyanos\u00a0<strong>se estudiar\u00e1n con Conselleria<\/strong> y las aprobadas\u00a0 t<strong>endr\u00e1n que ser\u00a0ratificadas tambi\u00e9n por el Consejo Escolar<\/strong> de cada centro as\u00ed como por el <strong>Consejo Escolar Municipal y por el pleno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los consistorios que se adhieran a \u00a0&#8216;Edificant&#8217;, como quiere hacer Alcoy,<strong> se har\u00e1n cargo<\/strong> del proyecto, contrataci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de la obra, \u00a0lo cual permitir\u00e1 agilizar los tr\u00e1mites y dar soluciones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas a los centros.
