{"id":34749,"date":"2017-08-25T17:10:19","date_gmt":"2017-08-25T17:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=34749"},"modified":"2017-08-25T17:13:40","modified_gmt":"2017-08-25T17:13:40","slug":"gobierno-y-oposicion-discrepan-sobre-la-creacion-del-consell-de-cultura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/gobierno-y-oposicion-discrepan-sobre-la-creacion-del-consell-de-cultura\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y oposici\u00f3n discrepan sobre la creaci\u00f3n del Consell de Cultura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Gobierno Municipal de Alcoy<\/strong> y los <strong>grupos pol\u00edticos de la oposici\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente Guanyar Alcoi y Comprom\u00eds, discrepan sobre <strong>el proceso para la creaci\u00f3n del Consell de Cultura<\/strong> de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pol\u00e9mica comenz\u00f3 la pasada semana cuando el Secretario Local de Comprom\u00eds,<strong> \u00c1lex Cerradelo<\/strong>, afirmaba en un art\u00edculo de opini\u00f3n que <strong>su formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica desconoc\u00eda c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 avanzando este proceso<\/strong>. Unos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s el concejal de Cultura, <strong>Ra\u00fcll Llopis<\/strong>, afirmaba que <strong>desde el PSOE hace m\u00e1s de tres meses que est\u00e1n esperando la respuesta de Guanyar Alcoi<\/strong> para seguir adelante con <strong>la creaci\u00f3n del mencionado Consell<\/strong> &#8220;<em>todos los partidos\u00a0presentaron modificaciones al documento, mientras que Guanyar aport\u00f3 uno nuevo. Les pedimos que se tomen en serio su responsabilidad y si antes del 31 de agosto no han hecho su trabajo, seguiremos adelante sin ellos<\/em>&#8220;, detalla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esta respuesta, desde <strong>Guanyar Alcoi<\/strong> indican que <strong>el concejal de Cultura ha buscado sacar r\u00e9dito pol\u00edtico con esta cuesti\u00f3n<\/strong> y piden a Llopis <strong>que sea honesto y haga autocr\u00edtica<\/strong> &#8220;<em>tambi\u00e9n le pedimos coherencia ya que se\u00f1ala que no tenemos inter\u00e9s en trabajar el documento organizativo del Consell y, sin embargo, remarca que hemos presentado todo un documento entero y ya trabajado, del que, en foros internos, ha hablado muy bien. Nuestro inter\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s, se demuestra en que desde 2015 hay en Guanyar Alcoi un grupo de gente interesada en trabajar\u00a0el documento que, adem\u00e1s, se envi\u00f3 a colectivos culturales durante 2016. Por \u00faltimo, resulta dificultoso consensuar un documento cuando el Gobierno del PSOE y el concejal de cultura se ha limitado a incluir las propuestas de todos los grupos pol\u00edticos y a incluir parte de las nuestras al documento pero de forma negada, es decir, ha utilizado propuestas de Guanyar Alcoi para luego contradecirlas<\/em>&#8220;, asevera <strong>la concejala Naiara Davo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde <strong>Comprom\u00eds<\/strong> han salido al paso de este cruce de acusaciones entre el PSOE y Guanyar y <strong>han destacado que estos debates &#8220;est\u00e9riles&#8221; aburren a la ciudadan\u00eda y generan desafecci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/strong>. La formaci\u00f3n nacionalista tiende la mano al concejal de Cultura, <strong>Ra\u00fcl Llopis<\/strong>, para <strong>trabajar conjuntamente junto al resto de fuerzas pol\u00edticas<\/strong> de cara a impulsar el Consell de Cultura &#8220;<em>puede ser una buena herramienta para dinamizar un sector que en Alcoy es potente y diverso pero que tal vez necesita un foro unitario de debate y coordinaci\u00f3n, un lugar donde se puedan decidir nuevas estrategias y revisar la trayectoria seguida por aprender. Un consejo formado por expertos del sector, pol\u00edticos y p\u00fablico.
