{"id":34598,"date":"2017-08-21T17:02:29","date_gmt":"2017-08-21T17:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=34598"},"modified":"2017-08-21T17:05:16","modified_gmt":"2017-08-21T17:05:16","slug":"alcoy-recibe-27-solicitudes-para-el-plan-de-reforma-de-viviendas-renhata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/alcoy-recibe-27-solicitudes-para-el-plan-de-reforma-de-viviendas-renhata\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoy recibe 27 solicitudes para el plan de reforma de viviendas RENHATA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong>, seg\u00fan informan desde el \u00e1rea de Urbanismo, <strong>ha recibido 27 solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n al <strong>Plan de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n de Viviendas<\/strong> (Plan RENHATA), que impulsa\u00a0la Conselleria de Vivienda y Obras p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las subvenciones contemplan <strong>la renovaci\u00f3n de calderas y ventanas<\/strong>, la <strong>reforma de ba\u00f1os y cocinas<\/strong>, y\u00a0tareas de <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios o mejoras en la accesibilidad y la conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para todas aquellas actuaciones integrales en el edificio se tendr\u00e1 que pedir previamente <strong>la elaboraci\u00f3n de un Informe de Evaluaci\u00f3n del Edificio<\/strong> (IEE). Respecto a las solicitudes recibidas por el Consistorio hay que indicar que\u00a0<strong>5 corresponden a informaci\u00f3n para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas<\/strong> mientras que <strong>11\u00a0son para la conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por su parte se han contabilizado <strong>2\u00a0para la mejora de cocinas y ba\u00f1os<\/strong> mientras que para las <strong>actuaciones de accesibilidad fueron 7<\/strong>.
