{"id":33836,"date":"2017-07-25T09:33:22","date_gmt":"2017-07-25T09:33:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=33836"},"modified":"2017-07-29T10:38:43","modified_gmt":"2017-07-29T10:38:43","slug":"ayudas-fomentar-comercio-centro-alcoy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/ayudas-fomentar-comercio-centro-alcoy\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayudas para fomentar el comercio en el centro de Alcoy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La concejal\u00eda de comercio pone en marcha un plan de ayudas para la apertura de nuevos negocios en el casco antiguo de la ciudad. <span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Eras Medium ITC','sans-serif';\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las ayudas aprobadas por el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy para dar un impulso al comercio del centro de la ciudad son compatibles con otras municipales como \u00abINMPULS\u00bb. Por un lado, el Consistorio conceder\u00e1 subvenciones para la apertura de negocios, cuyas cuant\u00edas pueden alcanzar los 3.000 euros. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Eras Medium ITC','sans-serif';\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para acceder a \u00e9stas, es necesario contar con un contrato de alquiler de m\u00ednimo un a\u00f1o o de compra-venta de un local. Adem\u00e1s, los interesados deber\u00e1n tener solicitada la licencia de apertura y se valorar\u00e1 que el negocio tenga un perfil artesanal y que est\u00e9 en la zona prioritaria, que es la calle San Francisco y sus adyacentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Eras Medium ITC','sans-serif';\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En cuanto a las ayudas para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de locales, el Ayuntamiento ha informado que puede llegar a cubrir hasta el 70% de las obras con un importe m\u00e1ximo de 10.000 euros.
