Los datos aportados por el \u00e1rea de Hacienda del Consistorio revelan que el\u00a0importe ingresado por las arcas municipales<strong> ha pasado de los 134.433 euros de los seis primeros meses\u00a0del 2016 a los 340.533 euros del primer semestre de este a\u00f1o<\/strong>. De esta forma <strong>se supera ya\u00a0en cien euros<\/strong> la liquidaci\u00f3n total del Ayuntamiento por este impuesto que el pasado a\u00f1o fue\u00a0de 260.659,36 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vanessa Molt\u00f3, <strong>edil de Hacienda en el Consistorio<\/strong>,\u00a0 atribuye estos resultados a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y a <strong>la puesta en marcha del plan de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas ARRU<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el ICIO es un indicador claro de la actividad del sector de la construcci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas. Los datos de los primeros meses del a\u00f1o nos demuestran que la actividad econ\u00f3mica va en aumento. Por un lado se vuelve a construir en la ciudad y de la otra se ha impulsado mucho la rehabilitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del plan ARRU que ha servido para poner al d\u00eda muchos edificios de nuestra ciudad con resultados que ya son visibles en las calles de Alcoy<\/em>&#8220;, destaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo Molt\u00f3 se\u00f1ala que adem\u00e1s del plan de rehabilitaci\u00f3n ARRU, en 2017<strong> tambi\u00e9n se han proyectado nuevas promociones de viviendas en la ciudad<\/strong>, tanto en la zona de La Estambrera y La Alameda c\u00f3mo en Caseta Mascarelles.
