{"id":28963,"date":"2017-02-17T17:04:39","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T17:04:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=28963"},"modified":"2017-02-22T17:10:00","modified_gmt":"2017-02-22T17:10:00","slug":"alcoy-crea-una-linea-de-ayudas-para-favorecer-el-mantenimiento-de-edificios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/alcoy-crea-una-linea-de-ayudas-para-favorecer-el-mantenimiento-de-edificios\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoy crea una l\u00ednea de ayudas para favorecer el mantenimiento de edificios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy <strong>impulsar\u00e1 una l\u00ednea de subvenciones para las familias con pocos recursos<\/strong> de la ciudad con el fin de que puedan <strong>realizar la Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Edificios (ITE)<\/strong>, cuyo informe tiene un coste aproximado de 300 euros, y despu\u00e9s<strong> puedan acometer diferentes intervenciones<\/strong> para frenar la degradaci\u00f3n de aquellos inmuebles antiguos o que presenten deficiencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde de Alcoy, <strong>Antonio Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, ha explicado este viernes que durante el pasado a\u00f1o <strong>el Consistorio\u00a0aplic\u00f3 146 sanciones<\/strong> por no haberse realizado las citadas inspecciones y las correspondientes intervenciones de las cuales <strong>el 18% corresponden a entidades financieras propietarias de edificios, un 20% a inversores y un 63% a particulares<\/strong>. Franc\u00e9s adem\u00e1s ha indicado que\u00a0la mencionada l\u00ednea de subvenciones <strong>ir\u00e1 destinada a todos los barrios de Alcoy<\/strong>, especialmente en el Centro donde hay m\u00e1s viviendas en mal estado, y <strong>cifra en aproximadamente 50.000 euros el presupuesto inicial<\/strong> que tendr\u00e1 la partida para tal fin &#8220;<em>esto ir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado de m\u00e1s medidas de presi\u00f3n a los bancos y a las empresas que \u00a0tienen inmuebles en propiedad para que tambi\u00e9n hagan sus propias tareas de mantenimiento.
