{"id":28628,"date":"2017-02-06T17:39:17","date_gmt":"2017-02-06T17:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=28628"},"modified":"2017-02-06T17:40:13","modified_gmt":"2017-02-06T17:40:13","slug":"presentadas-55-alegaciones-al-pge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/presentadas-55-alegaciones-al-pge\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentadas 55 alegaciones al PGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy <strong>ha recibido 52 alegaciones para el nuevo Plan General Estructura (PGE)<\/strong> dentro del <strong>plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de propuestas<\/strong> que conclu\u00eda el pasado cinco de enero. De estas,<strong> 39 se han formulado a t\u00edtulo individual<\/strong> mientras que <strong>tres llegaron fuera de plazo<\/strong> el d\u00eda veinte de enero seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n facilitada por el \u00e1rea de Urbanismo del Consistorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Manolo Gomicia<\/strong>, edil de Urbanismo, destaca que <strong>las alegaciones presentadas son de alto nivel<\/strong> y que todas<strong> ser\u00e1n admitidas por el Gobierno Municipal para su posterior estudio<\/strong> &#8220;<em>en su mayor\u00eda han sido realizadas por los ciudadanos\u00a0y nos ayudar\u00e1n a mejorar el plan urban\u00edstico que marcar\u00e1 el futuro de nuestra ciudad. Tambi\u00e9n se han recibido de diferentes colectivos como &#8216;Salvem el Molinar&#8217;, la asociaci\u00f3n de vecinos de la Zona Norte o La Carrasca, as\u00ed como algunos grupos pol\u00edticos&#8221;<\/em> indica. Gomicia se\u00f1ala tambi\u00e9n\u00a0que <strong>diferentes organismos oficiales han presentado sus informes t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong> <em>&#8220;es el caso\u00a0del Ministerio de Industria, Energ\u00eda y Turismo, DG Telecomunicaciones y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n, ADIF, DG Ordenaci\u00f3n del Territorio, Urbanismo y Paisaje, Servicio de Infraestructura verde y Paisaje, Entidad P\u00fablica de Saneamiento de Aguas, PATRICOVA, DG Obras P\u00fablicas, Transportes y Movilidad. Servicio de planificaci\u00f3n y Ayuntamiento de Cocentaina. Todos ellos ser\u00e1n estudiados y en su caso, incorporados al nuevo documento&#8221;<\/em>, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo\u00a0el Gobierno Municipal reiteran\u00a0que<strong> todas las alegaciones ser\u00e1n contestadas<\/strong> para posteriormente <strong>someter de nuevo el documento definitivo a\u00a0exposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/strong> <em>&#8220;algunas es cierto que nos ayudar\u00e1n y creo que el punto de vista de muchas de ellas se podr\u00e1 recoger de una manera u otra. Todo este largo proceso participativo nos permitir\u00e1 tener el mejor plan para esta ciudad.\u00a0Sabemos que estos documentos tan t\u00e9cnicos son complejos para la mor\u00eda de gente por eso hemos intentado explicarlo de la manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil posible a lo largo de todo este tiempo y seguiremos haci\u00e9ndolo tantas veces como sea necesario&#8221;<\/em>, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que <strong>la redacci\u00f3n del nuevo PGOU comenz\u00f3 en 2013<\/strong> con un proceso de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana que llev\u00f3 a la elaboraci\u00f3n del documento inicial cuyo Plan General Estructural<strong> fue aprobado en el pleno de junio de 2016<\/strong>.
