En concreto han sido <strong>979&#8217;58 toneladas de papel y cart\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>1.036\u00b490 de envases<\/strong> y <strong>728\u00b456 de vidrio<\/strong> lo que supone; un total de<strong> 2.745,04 toneladas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tipolog\u00edas de residuos destaca <strong>un incremento de 179\u00b46 toneladas de papel y cart\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente en los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o. Este servicio se presta en la ciudad a trav\u00e9s del <strong>contenedor azul<\/strong> aunque tambi\u00e9n existe <strong>la recogida &#8216;puerta a puerta&#8217; para los comercios<\/strong> que se realiza\u00a0los martes en los barrios del Ensanche, Batoy y Santa Rosa, los mi\u00e9rcoles en la Zona Alta, Cam\u00ed, Viaducto y Zona Norte y los viernes a los Pol\u00edgonos Industriales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los <strong>envases<\/strong> hay que destacar que se han obtenido\u00a0<strong>3,56 toneladas m\u00e1s que en 2015<\/strong>. Para llevar a cabo el reciclaje se utiliza <strong>el contenedor amarillo<\/strong> y en el se pueden depositar\u00a0los residuos pl\u00e1sticos, latas\u00a0o\u00a0briks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente <strong>en vidrio<\/strong>, <strong>se han recogido 44\u00b416 toneladas<\/strong> m\u00e1s que en 2015 siendo el mes de diciembre uno de los que han registrado mayor incremento de residuos <strong>al depositarse en los contenedores\u00a030 toneladas m\u00e1s<\/strong> que el mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jordi Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, concejal de Medio Ambiente, ha incidido en las <strong>acciones que se realizan en los colegios de Alcoy para fomentar el reciclaje<\/strong> desde peque\u00f1os y valorado tambi\u00e9n las cifras obtenidas en 2016 aunque\u00a0matizando la necesidad de <strong>mejorar estos resultados<\/strong> <em>&#8220;aunque estamos satisfechos y somos la ciudad de m\u00e1s de 50.000 habitantes que m\u00e1s recicla de la provincia, adem\u00e1s de superado en Valencia y Castell\u00f3n en kilos por habitante, no nos podemos acomodar, tenemos que seguir esforz\u00e1ndonos para hacerlo a\u00fan mejor. Ese es el camino que pretende seguir el Ayuntamiento en la etapa que iniciaremos en 2017 con el nuevo pliego de la basura.
