{"id":26878,"date":"2016-11-28T16:47:21","date_gmt":"2016-11-28T16:47:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=26878"},"modified":"2017-02-13T17:41:21","modified_gmt":"2017-02-13T17:41:21","slug":"alcoy-quiere-plazas-de-magistrado-para-el-partido-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/alcoy-quiere-plazas-de-magistrado-para-el-partido-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoy quiere plazas de magistrado para el partido judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy, con el respaldo de todos los grupos pol\u00edticos de la Corporaci\u00f3n, presentar\u00e1 en el pleno de este lunes una <strong>declaraci\u00f3n institucional<\/strong> para que <strong>el partido judicial cuente con plazas de magistrado<\/strong> y no de juez como hasta hora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Antonio Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, alcalde de Alcoy, ha explicado al respecto en COPE ALCOY que elevar a los jueces a la categor\u00eda de magistrados contribuir\u00eda a <strong>mejorar la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio judicial<\/strong> al mismo tiempo que evitar\u00eda los continuos cambios de titulares en el juzgado de la ciudad. Adem\u00e1s el primer edil afirma que para hacer posible esta propuesta <strong>ser\u00eda necesario un cambio de legislaci\u00f3n<\/strong> como el que ya se ha aplicado en otros partidos judiciales de menor poblaci\u00f3n como Plasencia o Mah\u00f3n <em>&#8220;la ley contempla que las plazas de magistrado son para los municipios superiores a 150.000 habitantes y aqu\u00ed estamos hablando de que el partido judicial de Alcoy re\u00fane a m\u00e1s de 100.000 habitantes de un total de 28 municipios&#8221;<\/em>, destaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente Franc\u00e9s recuerda que <strong>la actividad del partido judicial supera las cargas de trabajo marcadas por el Poder Judicial<\/strong> <em>&#8220;para todas las poblaciones se dispone de cuatro juzgados y un quinto solicitado tambi\u00e9n por el TSJ por lo que es m\u00e1s que necesario adoptar soluciones para no evitar que los procesos judiciales se dilaten en el tiempo&#8221;,<\/em> concluye.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy, con el respaldo de todos los grupos pol\u00edticos de la Corporaci\u00f3n, presentar\u00e1 en el pleno de&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":11326,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,125],"tags":[1494,245,3354,3353],"class_list":["post-26878","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-portada","tag-alcoy","tag-juzgados","tag-partido-judicial","tag-plazas-de-magistrados"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
