Hay que destacar que en Espa\u00f1a <strong>solo 9 restaurantes tienen las tres estrellas<\/strong> y en lo que se refiere a la <strong>provincia de Alicante<\/strong> cuenta con esta misma distinci\u00f3n el\u00a0BonAmb de X\u00e0bia en cuyos fogones destaca\u00a0Alberto Ferruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1alar que L\u00b4Escaleta <strong>inici\u00f3 su andadura<\/strong> en la d\u00e9cada de los ochenta en la Villa Condal y tras su consolidaci\u00f3n como referente de la gastronom\u00eda tiene actualmente al frente<strong> al chef Kiko Moya y al sumiller Alberto Redrado<\/strong>.
