{"id":26564,"date":"2016-11-15T20:15:54","date_gmt":"2016-11-15T20:15:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=26564"},"modified":"2016-11-15T20:34:51","modified_gmt":"2016-11-15T20:34:51","slug":"los-bomberos-discrepan-de-los-planes-para-rejuvenecer-la-plantilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/los-bomberos-discrepan-de-los-planes-para-rejuvenecer-la-plantilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Los Bomberos discrepan de los planes para rejuvenecer la plantilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">El <strong>Grupo de Acci\u00f3n Sindical del Parque Comarcal de Bomberos de la Muntanya<\/strong>, han emitido un nuevo comunicado en el que <strong>discrepan de los planes de la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Alicante\u00a0<\/strong>para rejuvenecer la plantilla. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Desde esta organismo destacan que la intenci\u00f3n de crear 30 nuevas plazas en 2017 para toda la provincia <strong>no contribuye a mejorar la situaci\u00f3n de la plantilla<\/strong> <em>&#8220;seguir\u00e1 disminuyendo y envejeciendo porque entre el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo y el 2018 se van a producir numerosas jubilaciones, sobre todo en el \u00c1rea Operativa de la Muntanya y <\/em><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"><em>muchos Bomberos pasar\u00e1n a segunda actividad \u00a0lejos de la primera l\u00ednea de intervenci\u00f3n&#8221;,<\/em> explica Josele Garc\u00eda, portavoz de este organismo.
