{"id":24953,"date":"2016-09-19T15:43:29","date_gmt":"2016-09-19T15:43:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=24953"},"modified":"2016-09-19T15:45:10","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T15:45:10","slug":"plan-arrus-recibe-387-peticiones-la-rehabilitacion-viviendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/plan-arrus-recibe-387-peticiones-la-rehabilitacion-viviendas\/","title":{"rendered":"El Plan Arrus recibe 387 peticiones para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Alcoy ha recibido\u00a0<strong>387 solicitudes<\/strong> para la <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas<\/strong> dentro del Plan de Regeneraci\u00f3n Urbana, <strong>ARRUS<\/strong>, lo que supone un importe total de 3\u00b45 millones de euros tal y como ha explicado este lunes el alcalde; Antonio Franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>peticiones formuladas<\/strong> corresponden a 50 comunidades de propietarios de la ciudad y de los proyectos presentados 21 son de colocaci\u00f3n de ascensores o mejorar la accesibilidad, 16 para la consolidaci\u00f3n\u00a0de fachadas y 13 para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral del inmueble. Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan ha detallado el concejal de Urbanismo <strong>Manolo Gomicia<\/strong>, 24 actuaciones pertenecen a la zona del Centro, 17 al barrio de Santa Rosa y 9 al Ensanche &#8220;de este \u00faltimo 5 son de la calle Entenza que tambi\u00e9n en 2017 ser\u00e1 objeto de\u00a0una completa remodelaci\u00f3n&#8221;, indica el edil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el alcalde, Antonio Franc\u00e9s, ha explicado que no se ha presentado a la convocatoria <strong>ninguna solicitud<\/strong> para la l\u00ednea de ayudas correspondiente a la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de nuevas viviendas<\/strong> y para la que se hab\u00edan previsto un total de 1\u00b43 millones de euros. En este sentido Franc\u00e9s ha aclarado que\u00a0se va a estudiar con el Ministerio y la Generalitat la posibilidad de que los 700.000 euros que iban aportar ambas administraciones para esta fase se destinen tambi\u00e9n a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de inmuebles &#8220;con el fin de llegar as\u00ed al mayor n\u00famero de viviendas que han hecho la solicitud este a\u00f1o&#8221;, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0previsi\u00f3n inicial del <strong>Plan ARRUS<\/strong> se centraba tan solo en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n\u00a0de un m\u00e1ximo de 200 viviendas con una inversi\u00f3n de 1\u00b48 millones de euros y al superarse el n\u00famero de propuestas recibidas los t\u00e9cnicos evaluar\u00e1n las mismas para decidir las que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo.
