La plataforma apuesta por impulsar en esta \u00e1rea un centro polivalente que se consolide como <em>&#8220;una f\u00e1brica de cultura y conocimiento&#8221; <\/em>y\u00a0que adem\u00e1s incluya un museo dedicado a la industrializaci\u00f3n y al modernismo <em>&#8220;debe convertise en una zona estrat\u00e9gica, no solo para el barrio de Santa Rosa, sino para toda la ciudad, capaz de modificar el futuro y proyecci\u00f3n de la ciudad y sin una estrategia valiente no lo conseguiremos&#8221;<\/em> indica la portavoz, Estefan\u00eda Blanes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estefan\u00eda Blanes incide en que el parque tecnol\u00f3gico urbano as\u00ed como el instituto tecnol\u00f3gico de cosm\u00e9tica \u00a0que propone el PP podr\u00eda instalarse en las naves de la antigua <strong>Maquinaria Ceres en La Beniata<\/strong> <em>&#8220;Rodes podr\u00eda ser un proyecto que se sustentara bajo preceptos como la formaci\u00f3n o la educaci\u00f3n y la cultura o el arte.
