El edil de Urbanismo, Manolo Gomicia, ha detallado al respecto que se analizar\u00e1 la viabilidad de esta iniciativa y ha apuntado que esta &#8220;se aleja del modelo de ciudad compacta por el que consideramos que se debe de apostar para el futuro m\u00e1s inmediato de Alcoy&#8221;, afirma. En cuanto a las posibilidades de suelo industrial Gomicia recuerda que el PGOU incide\u00a0en la ampliaci\u00f3n de la zona sur y por Pagos al mismo tiempo que se considera la posibilidad de impulsar un pol\u00edgono mancomunado &#8220;nos gustar\u00eda que Conseller\u00eda participe en este proyecto, ahora es dif\u00edcil, pero en el plazo de unos dos a\u00f1os se puede contemplar esta cuesti\u00f3n que est\u00e1 al margen del Plan&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1alar que el Ejecutivo Local espera que en el pleno del mes de mayo salga adelante la aprobaci\u00f3n del documento estructural del Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana.
