Seg\u00fan explica el Diario Informaci\u00f3n, el juzgado ha admitido la ampliaci\u00f3n de la querella solicitada en su d\u00eda por el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy, bas\u00e1ndose en una pericial municipal y otra judicial, y elaborada a partir del hecho de\u00a0que la investigaci\u00f3n, entend\u00edan; no deb\u00eda limitarse a los 164.000 euros iniciales sino que tendr\u00eda que\u00a0centrarse en las cantidades aportadas en su momento por los peritos y que rondaban los 1\u00b41 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual modo se ha citado a declarar a Enrique Ortiz, como representante legal de la empresa que ejecut\u00f3 las obras, para el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 17 de marzo tras no haberse presentado en dos ocasiones durante esta semana. Junto a \u00e9l deber\u00e1n comparecer tambi\u00e9n como investigado el director de la obra del Calder\u00f3n y como testigos los dos peritos autores del informe que certificaron que en el Calder\u00f3n hubo sobrecostes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que los hechos investigados se remontan al acuerdo alcanzado en la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy del a\u00f1o 2008, en el ejecutivo de Jorge Sedano, en el que se aprob\u00f3 una certificaci\u00f3n de obra extra de 1\u00b41 millones de euros.
