Seg\u00fan explica el Diario Informaci\u00f3n ha sido un empleado el que ha acudido, acompa\u00f1ado de\u00a0poderes notariales, para poder prestar declaraci\u00f3n aunque el juez no ha\u00a0aceptado este procedimiento como v\u00e1lido con lo cual proceder\u00e1 a citar a Ortiz en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.
