El contratista Enrique Ortiz y el director de las obras del Teatro Calder\u00f3n, Octavio Radu\u00e1n, han sido llamados a declarar el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 25 de enero en el Juzgado\u00a0e Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 2 de Alcoy por los supuestos cobros irregulares en los trabajos de reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n que se llevaron a cabo en su d\u00eda en este espacio cultural de la ciudad. La investigaci\u00f3n se ha abierto despu\u00e9s de que el Ayuntamiento presentara una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda\u00a0tras archivar\u00a0un juzgado de Alicante un contencioso al considerar prescrito el pago irregular a Enrique Ortiz “porque queremos conocer los hechos y tambi\u00e9n conseguir que se devuelva a la arcas municipales el dinero que se pag\u00f3 de forma indebida”, explica la edil de R\u00e9gimen Jur\u00eddico, Lorena Zamorano.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte hay que destacar que el martes 26 de enero han sido citados tambi\u00e9n a declarar como testigos\u00a0los dos peritos que se encargaron de redactar\u00a0los informes que sirvieron para que el coste de las obras del teatro se incrementaran en un mill\u00f3n de euros m\u00e1s al aplicarse unos precios superiores a los del mercado y que llevaron a la autorizaci\u00f3n del pago de los citados sobrecostes. Recordar que estos, seg\u00fan los informes periciales, ascienden a m\u00e1s de dos millones de euros pero esta denuncia solo contempla 164.302 euros que son los que pueden ser constitutivos de delito de estafa.<\/p>\n

Recordar que el Tribunal de Cuentas, tras la denuncia presentada por el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy, tambi\u00e9n investiga los presuntos pagos irregulares del Calder\u00f3n con el fin de determinar si los que autorizaron realizar estos pagos tienen que asumir alguna responsabilidad.<\/p>\n
