El alcalde de esta localidad del Comtat, Arnaldo Due\u00f1as, ha explicado que con este ajuste se pretende &#8220;poner en orden la situaci\u00f3n heredada del anterior Gobierno&#8221; al mismo tiempo que ha detallado que el Consistorio tiene una deuda acumulada de 1\u00b47 millones de euros que se traduce en 2.625 euros por persona sobre un censo de 676 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer edil ha se\u00f1alado tambi\u00e9n que el principal lastre son los\u00a0481.943 euros correspondientes a las indemnizaciones que todav\u00eda est\u00e1n pendientes de abonar\u00a0por el incendio en el que a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s fallecieron dos brigadistas. Por su parte medio mill\u00f3n corresponde al\u00a0pol\u00edgono industrial, que en la actualidad sigue desocupado y existen otras deudas menores con instituciones y entidades financieras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente Due\u00f1as indica que el Ayuntamiento estudia acogerse a un plan de ajuste del Ministerio de Hacienda &#8220;queremos unificar\u00a0los diferentes pr\u00e9stamos con el objetivo de reducir cuotas, pagos e intereses generados.
