La concejala ha detallado que en estos momentos est\u00e1n en marcha estos dos procesos centrados en una querella criminal interpuesta contra el\u00a0propio Ortiz \u00a0y \u00a0en una denuncia hacia los dirigentes del Gobierno Local del PP que en su momento aprobaron el pago de estas obras por un posible delito de irregularidad contable que investiga el Tribunal de Cuentas &#8220;el PSOE es el \u00fanico que ha actuado contra Ortiz.
