A partir de las siete de la tarde se encender\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n extraordinaria y se efectuar\u00e1 un pasacalle por el Passeig del Comtat y varias calles comerciales &#8220;hasta llegar al Pla donde se ha instalado un gran \u00e1rbol de Navidad de una altura aproximada de cuatro metros que presidir\u00e1 la plaza durante estas fechas&#8221;, explica la edil Mariona Carbonell. Adem\u00e1s los establecimientos se sumar\u00e1n a la ornamentaci\u00f3n con la colocaci\u00f3n de alfombras en las puertas y tambi\u00e9n decoraci\u00f3n e incluso elementos de luz. Carbonell anima tambi\u00e9n a los contestanos a hacer las compras en Navidad en el comercio de la Villa Condal &#8220;porque tenemos de todo, con unos art\u00edculos de calidad y con una atenci\u00f3n personalizada. Es importante quedarse en Cocentaina antes de ir a otras ciudades del alrededor&#8221;, matiza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que los comerciantes contestanos abrir\u00e1n durante gran parte de los fines de semana de diciembre para facilitar las compras a los clientes. En concreto ser\u00e1 los domingos 13, 20 y 27 de diciembre y el 3 de enero.
