{"id":173756,"date":"2026-10-06T09:43:12","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T08:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=173756"},"modified":"2026-10-12T10:09:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T09:09:08","slug":"psoe-y-compromis-evidencian-sus-diferencias-sobre-el-futuro-del-suelo-industrial-de-alcoy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/psoe-y-compromis-evidencian-sus-diferencias-sobre-el-futuro-del-suelo-industrial-de-alcoy\/","title":{"rendered":"PSOE y Comprom\u00eds evidencian sus diferencias sobre el futuro del suelo industrial de Alcoy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El desarrollo de <strong>nuevo suelo industrial en Alcoy<\/strong> volvi\u00f3 a situarse en el centro del debate pol\u00edtico durante el Pleno del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento<\/span> <\/strong><\/a>correspondiente a este mes de octubre y celebrado ayer. La Corporaci\u00f3n abord\u00f3 esta cuesti\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de dos mociones que pusieron de manifiesto las diferentes posturas de los grupos respecto al futuro de <strong>Alcoy Sur<\/strong> y a las alternativas para dar respuesta a las necesidades del tejido empresarial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera propuesta, presentada por <strong>Comprom\u00eds<\/strong>, reclamaba la anulaci\u00f3n formal del protocolo vinculado al proyecto de La Canal y la apertura de un proceso para definir nuevas alternativas despu\u00e9s de los \u00faltimos informes t\u00e9cnicos. La iniciativa, defendida por el vicealcalde <strong>\u00c0lex Cerradelo<\/strong>, no sali\u00f3 adelante tras los votos en contra de PP y Vox y las abstenciones de PSOE y Guanyar. Desde el Gobierno municipal, la concejala de Urbanismo, <strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>, argument\u00f3 que la extinci\u00f3n de la actuaci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 contemplada en el propio protocolo si finalmente no puede desarrollarse el sector de Alcoy Sur. Por su parte, el portavoz de <strong>Guanyar, Sergi Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, cuestion\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n mantenida por Comprom\u00eds durante el proceso y reproch\u00f3 que la continuidad del proyecto no se hubiera planteado anteriormente como una l\u00ednea roja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00ed prosper\u00f3 la moci\u00f3n presentada por el <strong>PSOE para reconducir fondos hacia el desarrollo del pol\u00edgono de Pagos<\/strong>. El PP respald\u00f3 la iniciativa, aunque su portavoz, <strong>Carlos Pastor<\/strong>, defendi\u00f3 que avanzar en esta alternativa es compatible con seguir reclamando suelo industrial en Alcoy Sur. En este contexto, el alcalde, <strong>Antonio Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, reclam\u00f3 a la Generalitat que haga p\u00fablicos y explique los motivos t\u00e9cnicos que condicionan la viabilidad de Alcoy Sur. <strong>Vox<\/strong>, por su parte, centr\u00f3 sus cr\u00edticas en la lentitud administrativa para ofrecer soluciones a la demanda empresarial de nuevos espacios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del debate industrial, el Pleno alcanz\u00f3 la unanimidad en torno a la moci\u00f3n promovida por la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Familiares de Enfermos de Alzheimer<\/strong>, destinada a reclamar el acceso a nuevos tratamientos y recursos asistenciales.
