Tambi\u00e9n hemos ido hasta Muro para <strong>hablar de la oferta que lanza en materia suelo industrial<\/strong> para un posible futuro pol\u00edgono industrial mancomunado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">El debate<strong>\u00a0sobre el futuro del suelo industrial en l\u2019Alcoi\u00e0 y El Comtat entra en una nueva fase\u00a0<\/strong>tras descartarse la zona de La Canal, en Alcoy, despu\u00e9s de que dos informes de la Generalitat Valenciana hagan inviable el proyecto por cuestiones medioambientales y la imposibilidad de recalificar los terrenos para que tengan uso industrial. Despu\u00e9s de ello, urge buscar alternativas para atender la demanda de suelo industrial que tienen tanto Alcoy como las poblaciones de la comarca y en este contexto Muro es una de las poblaciones que ha movido ficha ofreciendo de nuevo cerca de 500.000 metros cuadrados para poder impulsar un pol\u00edgono de car\u00e1cter comarcal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vilademuro.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0de esta localidad del Comtat consideran que las necesidades de crecimiento de las empresas no afectan \u00fanicamente a un municipio y plantea\u00a0<strong>sumar a Alcoy, Cocentaina, e incluso al resto de localidades de la comarca,<\/strong>\u00a0para reclamar conjuntamente a la Generalitat inversiones que permitan desarrollar este suelo \u201c<em>contamos con espacio que re\u00fane las condiciones necesarias y no queremos que el proyecto sea solo una reivindicaci\u00f3n de Muro, sino de l\u2019Alcoi\u00e0 y El Comtat. La actuaci\u00f3n permitir\u00eda disponer de nuevas parcelas para facilitar la ampliaci\u00f3n de empresas, favorecer nuevas implantaciones y atraer inversiones<\/em>\u201c, explica el alcalde de Muro;<strong> Vicent Molina.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>La propuesta surge precisamente cuando\u00a0<strong>Comprom\u00eds quiere dar carpetazo definitivo a Alcoy Sur<\/strong>. La formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica llevar\u00e1 al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy del pr\u00f3ximo lunes una moci\u00f3n para dejar sin efecto el protocolo de La Canal y pedir a la Generalitat Valenciana que haga lo mismo. Su portavoz y vicealcalde,\u00a0<strong>\u00c0lex Cerradelo<\/strong>, considera que los \u00faltimos informes han confirmado la inviabilidad del proyecto y defiende que ha llegado el momento de buscar otras opciones \u201c<em>vamos a pedir que los 200.000 euros previstos por la Conselleria de Industria para La Canal se reorienten hacia alternativas viables y medioambientalmente factibles\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>se\u00f1ala haciendo referencia a ese posible pol\u00edgono mancomunado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A esta posibilidad se suma el futuro\u00a0<strong>Plan General Estructural de Alcoy (PGE)<\/strong>, que contempla unos\u00a0<strong>700.000 metros cuadrados para crecimiento empresarial<\/strong>.
