El portavoz de la formaci\u00f3n popular, Rafael Montava, ha indicado que se est\u00e1n produciendo\u00a0incumplimientos presupuestarios al mismo tiempo que ha explicado en este sentido que se est\u00e1n pasando a aprobaci\u00f3n gastos de remanente sin tener los presupuestos cerrados.
