Esta PNL parte de la formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica Podemos e\u00a0insta al Consell a no llevar a cabo la\u00a0defensa jur\u00eddica de los citados recursos\u00a0que el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy y \u00a0tambi\u00e9n el colectivo Salvem El Molinar\u00a0presentaron en su momento para evitar la puesta en marcha\u00a0\u00a0del Parque Empresarial de La Espa\u00f1ola en la zona de La Canal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La edil de Comprom\u00eds en el consistorio alcoyano, Anna Climent, ha detallado que esta petici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluye solicitar\u00a0la suspensi\u00f3n cautelar del proyecto con estas caracter\u00edsticas al mismo tiempo que fuerza al propio Consell a buscar una ubicaci\u00f3n alternativa &#8220;si la Generalitat renuncia a la defensa la sentencia ser\u00eda favorable al Ayuntamiento y todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 todo dicho en este asunto.
