Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>novedades en torno a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Font Dol\u00e7a<\/strong> en Alcoy.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex max-w-full flex-col gap-4 grow\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"min-h-8 text-message relative flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 text-start break-words whitespace-normal outline-none keyboard-focused:focus-ring [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-1\" dir=\"auto\" tabindex=\"0\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"557be866-295c-4635-b5f5-df62708fce0c\" data-message-model-slug=\"gpt-5-3-mini\" data-turn-start-message=\"true\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 empty:hidden\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose dark:prose-invert wrap-break-word w-full light markdown-new-styling\">\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"284\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"3\" data-end=\"28\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>ha anunciado hoy la reanudaci\u00f3n del proceso de licitaci\u00f3n del proyecto de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"84\" data-end=\"141\">rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica del barrio de la Font Dol\u00e7a<\/strong>, una actuaci\u00f3n dotada con un presupuesto de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"168\" data-end=\"193\">4,2 millones de euros<\/strong>\u00a0y cuyo plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas permanecer\u00e1 abierto hasta el\u00a0<strong data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"283\">22 de junio<\/strong>. La intervenci\u00f3n cuenta con financiaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"363\">fondos europeos<\/strong>\u00a0y afecta a un conjunto de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"422\">17 edificios y 166 viviendas<\/strong>, donde se prev\u00e9n mejoras estructurales y de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"284\">El proyecto, que cuenta con un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n estimado de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"783\">diez meses<\/strong>, ha sido objeto de varios intentos previos de adjudicaci\u00f3n que quedaron desiertos debido a la situaci\u00f3n que atraviesa en estos momentos el sector de la construcci\u00f3n, marcada por la falta de mano de obra y tambi\u00e9n de suministro de materiales. Ante ello, el consistorio ha tramitado una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1055\">pr\u00f3rroga con el Ministerio de Vivienda<\/strong>\u00a0para garantizar la continuidad de la financiaci\u00f3n europea\u00a0<em data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1612\">\u201ces una actuaci\u00f3n imprescindible que permitir\u00e1 mejorar de forma notable la vida de muchas familias y demuestra que el proyecto nunca se ha abandonado\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>explica al respecto el alcalde de la ciudad;\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong><em data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1612\">.\u00a0<\/em>Desde el gobierno local han recordado tambi\u00e9n que recientemente\u00a0<strong>se ha mantenido un encuentro con el vecindario de la barriada<\/strong>\u00a0para informar de la nueva fase del proceso y han se\u00f1alado que en la misma los residentes han mostrado su inter\u00e9s porque se haga realidad una actuaci\u00f3n que consideran necesaria en unos edificios construidos en la d\u00e9cada de los cincuenta\u00a0<em data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1841\">\u201cla intervenci\u00f3n resolver\u00e1 problemas estructurales y de aislamiento hist\u00f3ricos, mejorando el confort y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de las viviendas\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>comenta la concejala de Urbanismo;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"z-0 flex min-h-[46px] justify-start\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La remodelaci\u00f3n, como viene informando COPE ALCOY, contempla varias cuestiones m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de adecuar el aislamiento de las fachadas exteriores.
