{"id":167724,"date":"2026-05-15T19:25:46","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T18:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=167724"},"modified":"2026-05-15T19:30:17","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T18:30:17","slug":"investigan-a-un-conductor-que-provoco-un-accidente-en-la-a7-a-la-altura-de-tibi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/investigan-a-un-conductor-que-provoco-un-accidente-en-la-a7-a-la-altura-de-tibi\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigan a un conductor que provoc\u00f3 un accidente en la A7 a la altura de Tibi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"16\" data-end=\"279\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/web.guardiacivil.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong data-start=\"19\" data-end=\"36\">Guardia Civil<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>investiga a un hombre de <strong data-start=\"62\" data-end=\"73\">65 a\u00f1os<\/strong> como presunto autor de un delito de <strong data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"134\">conducci\u00f3n temeraria<\/strong> y otros <strong data-start=\"143\" data-end=\"193\">tres delitos de lesiones por imprudencia grave<\/strong> tras un grave accidente registrado en la <strong data-start=\"235\" data-end=\"242\">A-7<\/strong>, a la altura de <strong data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"278\">Tibi (Alicante)<\/strong>. El siniestro se produjo el pasado <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"350\">3 de mayo sobre las 16:30 horas<\/strong>, cuando un veh\u00edculo circul\u00f3 en sentido contrario por la autov\u00eda y colision\u00f3 frontalmente contra otro turismo que circulaba correctamente. Hasta el lugar se desplazaron los servicios de emergencia, siendo necesaria la intervenci\u00f3n de los bomberos para excarcelar a los ocupantes de ambos veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"959\">Como consecuencia del impacto, un hombre de <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"705\">79 a\u00f1os<\/strong> tuvo que ser evacuado en helic\u00f3ptero al <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"778\">Hospital General de Alicante<\/strong> debido a la gravedad de sus lesiones. El conductor investigado viajaba acompa\u00f1ado de una mujer de 47 a\u00f1os y dio <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"914\">positivo en alcohol<\/strong> en las pruebas realizadas tras el accidente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1209\">Las diligencias han sido remitidas al Tribunal de Instancia de <strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1031\">Ibi<\/strong>, que ha solicitado la retirada cautelar del permiso de conducci\u00f3n del investigado.
