El Ayuntamiento de Cocentaina<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ha reactivado el servicio de informaci\u00f3n, asesoramiento y gesti\u00f3n de reclamaciones en materia de consumo<\/strong>, que vuelve a estar operativo desde esta semana con el objetivo de reforzar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>. Este recurso, que hab\u00eda quedado suspendido por falta de medios municipales, se retoma ahora mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fundaci\u00f3n Lucentum Consumidores<\/strong>, una entidad especializada en la defensa de las personas consumidoras y con experiencia en la tramitaci\u00f3n de incidencias.<\/p>\n

El servicio permitir\u00e1 a los vecinos resolver dudas relacionadas con compras, contratos o prestaci\u00f3n de servicios<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de facilitar la gesti\u00f3n de reclamaciones de forma \u00e1gil y con respaldo t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico. En este sentido, el concejal de Comercio, Jordi Pla, ha destacado la importancia de recuperar esta atenci\u00f3n directa “muchas personas necesitamos orientaci\u00f3n ante problemas con compras, contratos o servicios, y ahora podr\u00e1n contar de nuevo con un apoyo especializado sin salir del pueblo. Es un paso importante para continuar estando junto a la gente”, <\/em>afirma. En esta l\u00ednea, el propio edil ha subrayado el valor de esta recuperaci\u00f3n para la capital del Comtat “damos un paso importando para defender los derechos de la ciudadan\u00eda y ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n profesional y de calidad en materia de consumo<\/em>“, concluye Pla.<\/p>\n

Cabe recordar que la atenci\u00f3n se prestar\u00e1 de forma presencial todos los martes en horario de 9 a 14 horas en las oficinas municipales situadas en la calle Sant Crist\u00f2fol<\/strong>, lo que permitir\u00e1 acercar este servicio a toda la poblaci\u00f3n. Desde el consistorio consideran que esta medida supone un avance significativo en materia de atenci\u00f3n al consumidor<\/strong> y de refuerzo de los servicios p\u00fablicos locales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
