Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>la pr\u00f3rroga concedida a las obras para la reforma del IES Andreu Sempere de nuestra ciudad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"549\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>ha aprobado una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"41\" data-end=\"71\">ampliaci\u00f3n de cuatro meses<\/strong>\u00a0en el plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras de adecuaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"163\">IES Andreu Sempere<\/strong>, fijando la nueva fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n para el\u00a0<strong data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"236\">27 de agosto de 2026<\/strong>. La decisi\u00f3n llega tras el informe t\u00e9cnico municipal, que ha analizado la solicitud de la empresa adjudicataria, la cual hab\u00eda pedido inicialmente una pr\u00f3rroga de ocho meses alegando problemas en la climatizaci\u00f3n, dificultades en la red de saneamiento y falta de mano de obra y materiales derivadas de la DANA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"1020\">El informe descarta los argumentos relacionados con la climatizaci\u00f3n, pero s\u00ed avala los retrasos causados por las complicaciones en las acometidas de saneamiento y por la situaci\u00f3n del mercado laboral y de suministros, motivo por el que se concede una ampliaci\u00f3n parcial. A estas dificultades se suman los\u00a0<strong data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"911\">retrasos en los pagos de la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>, superiores a seis meses, dentro del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"967\">Plan Edificant<\/strong>, lo que est\u00e1 afectando al desarrollo de las obras\u00a0<em data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1526\">\u201cpedimos disculpas por este retraso en la ejecuci\u00f3n de una obra tan necesaria para la ciudad, pero hay que recordar que, aunque el Ayuntamiento no tiene ninguna competencia directa en este caso, estamos haciendo desde el primer d\u00eda todo lo posible para que las obras avancen lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible y tanto alumnado como profesorado puedan disfrutar cuanto antes de las instalaciones que merecen\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>indica el concejal de Educaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>Alberto Belda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1683\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Desde el consistorio insisten en que seguir\u00e1n trabajando para minimizar los retrasos y garantizar la finalizaci\u00f3n de una actuaci\u00f3n clave para la ciudad.
