{"id":166552,"date":"2026-04-22T17:08:54","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T16:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=166552"},"modified":"2026-04-22T17:12:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T16:12:24","slug":"el-pleno-de-alcoy-respalda-una-modificacion-de-credito-para-ejecutar-diferentes-inversiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pleno-de-alcoy-respalda-una-modificacion-de-credito-para-ejecutar-diferentes-inversiones\/","title":{"rendered":"El pleno de Alcoy respalda una modificaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito para ejecutar diferentes inversiones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/span> <\/strong><\/a>ha acogido esta ma\u00f1ana <strong>un pleno extraordinario<\/strong> en el que se ha aprobado <strong>una modificaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>, con car\u00e1cter de urgencia, <strong>para poder ejecutar diferentes inversiones<\/strong> ante la ausencia de Presupuestos Municipales. Cabe destacar que <strong>las cuentas no salieron adelante hace unas semanas<\/strong>, al votar en contra de las mismas <strong>Guanyar Alcoi<\/strong>, y ante esto <strong>el alcalde se someti\u00f3 a una cuesti\u00f3n de confianza<\/strong> vinculada los mismos Presupuestos que tampoco fue respaldada. Ahora, seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, <strong>la oposici\u00f3n tiene un mes de plazo desde el pasado 14 de abril para presentar un candidato y provocar un cambio en la alcald\u00eda<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de una moci\u00f3n de censura. No obstante, este escenario es poco probable dado que <strong>la suma de PP con VOX no da mayor\u00eda<\/strong>, y se necesitar\u00eda el apoyo de Guanyar Alcoi para articular un nuevo ejecutivo, as\u00ed que una vez agotado el tiempo establecido las cuentas se aprobar\u00e1n autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al pleno de esta ma\u00f1ana, cabe destacar que <strong>las modificaciones de cr\u00e9dito se planteaban<\/strong> para poder ejecutar la reparaci\u00f3n de la cubierta del pabell\u00f3n municipal Miguel Sarasa, llevar a cabo la adecuaci\u00f3n del consultorio de la Zona Alta, que la empresa p\u00fablica EMSA pueda asumir la gesti\u00f3n de la Escuela Municipal de Teatro o completar el pago de la parte municipal de varios proyectos de la Zona de Bajas Emisiones. PP y VOX han dicho s\u00ed y se han abstenido en la votaci\u00f3n de las diferentes iniciativas mientras que el PSOE, Comprom\u00eds y Guanyar Alcoi han votado a favor <em>&#8220;llevamos toda una legislatura llena de modificaciones de cr\u00e9dito pero nunca el gobierno hab\u00eda hecho una campa\u00f1a publicitaria tan explicativa y publicitaria como ahora.
