Adem\u00e1s hemos comentado que <strong>Toni Cuenca ha sido elegido como nuevo Juez de Paz de Muro\u00a0<\/strong>tras el proceso participativo para este fin que se ha llevado a cabo en las \u00faltimas semanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso participativo para la elecci\u00f3n de juez o jueza de paz de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vilademuro.net\/es\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Muro<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>finaliz\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>finales del pasado mes de marzo<\/strong>, seg\u00fan ha informado el Ayuntamiento de esta localidad del Comtat. La iniciativa, abierta a toda la ciudadan\u00eda, ha permitido a los vecinos y vecinas del municipio i<strong>mplicarse directamente en la selecci\u00f3n del nuevo responsable de este cargo<\/strong>, el cual asume un papel relevante en cuestiones administrativas pero tambi\u00e9n en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan los resultados obtenidos en la mencionada votaci\u00f3n, el Pleno municipal propone a\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Toni Cuenca<\/strong>\u00a0como nuevo Juez de Paz y a\u00a0<strong>Fernando Ramis<\/strong>\u00a0como su suplente. Una vez aprobado por el Pleno, la propuesta se remitir\u00e1 a la Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia, que es el organismo competente para realizar la designaci\u00f3n definitiva, siempre que se cumplan los requisitos legales. El concejal de Participaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>Sergi Silvestre<\/strong>, ha valorado positivamente el hecho de que se haya implicado al vecindario para escoger al Juez de Paz y explicado que se contabilizaron un total de 535 votos contando tanto los presenciales como los que se efectuaron de forma telem\u00e1tica \u201c<em>ha sido un ejemplo de transparencia y de implicaci\u00f3n vecinal. Este tipo de iniciativas refuerzan la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda y ayudan a que los vecinos se sientan parte activa de las decisiones que afectan a su municipio<\/em>\u201c, detalla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Ayuntamiento han agradecido la participaci\u00f3n de las cuatro candidaturas que se presentaron:\u00a0<strong>Amparo Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Paula Figuerola<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Toni Cuenca<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>Fernando Ramis<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la implicaci\u00f3n de todos los vecinos y vecinas que participaron en el proceso.
