Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>la detenci\u00f3n de un hostelero en nuestra ciudad<\/strong> por la contrataci\u00f3n de un extranjero sin papeles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"326\">La\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/policia.es\/_es\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span>ha\u00a0<strong data-start=\"44\" data-end=\"56\">detenido<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Alcoy<\/span><\/span>\u00a0a un hombre de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"113\" data-end=\"124\">31 a\u00f1os<\/strong>\u00a0como presunto autor de un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"151\" data-end=\"201\">delito contra los derechos de los trabajadores<\/strong>, tras detectar la contrataci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"289\">dos ciudadanos extranjeros en situaci\u00f3n irregular<\/strong>\u00a0en un establecimiento de hosteler\u00eda. Todo ello despu\u00e9s de una investigaci\u00f3n que se inici\u00f3 al recibirse una informaci\u00f3n que alertaba de una posible\u00a0<strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"437\">explotaci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong>\u00a0en un local de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"326\">Ante la sospecha de que uno de los empleados pudiera estar trabajando sin figurar en la base de datos de la\u00a0<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0y carecer de autorizaci\u00f3n administrativa,\u00a0<strong>los agentes realizaron<\/strong>\u00a0diversas gestiones para localizar el negocio, identificar al responsable y comprobar la situaci\u00f3n de las personas que trabajaban en el establecimiento. Posteriormente, seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n facilitada, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"890\">inspecci\u00f3n conjunta<\/strong>\u00a0con la\u00a0<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"326\">Esta \u00faltima se sald\u00f3 con\u00a0<strong data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1012\">dos detenciones por infracci\u00f3n a la Ley de Extranjer\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1051\">detenci\u00f3n penal del encargado<\/strong>\u00a0del local, por un presunto delito contra los derechos de los trabajadores.
