Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos destacado el proyecto que ha puesto en marcha la Asociaci\u00f3n de Alzheimer\u00a0<\/strong>para frenar el deterioro cognitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzheimeralcoi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Asociaci\u00f3n de Alzheimer de Alcoy<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>ha hecho realidad\u00a0<strong>un interesante proyecto<\/strong>, que comenz\u00f3 a funcionar el pasado 2 de febrero, y que\u00a0<strong>actualmente cuenta con 12 usuarios<\/strong>. Se trata de\u00a0<strong>ActivaMente<\/strong>, una iniciativa que busca estimular la mente, frenar el deterioro cognitivo, promover la autonom\u00eda personal, fomentar las relaciones sociales e incluso controlar situaciones de estr\u00e9s derivadas de las p\u00e9rdidas de memoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para conseguir estos objetivos\u00a0<strong>se ha habilitado un aula en el Centro Comercial Alzamora<\/strong>, que est\u00e1 dotada de material inform\u00e1tico, y en la que se realizan diferentes propuestas \u201c<em>se llevan a cabo desde ejercicios, por medio de diferentes talleres, hasta actividades a trav\u00e9s de un programa inform\u00e1tico. Para acceder a este programa de estimulaci\u00f3n cognitiva tan solo hay que ponerse en contacto con nosotros y despu\u00e9s nuestras trabajadora social estudiar\u00e1 el caso, deriv\u00e1ndolo seguidamente al m\u00e9dico de la asociaci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1 quien eval\u00fae la situaci\u00f3n antes de determinar si la personas precisa pasar a formar parte de ActivaMente\u201d<\/em>, explica\u00a0<strong>Susana P\u00e1rraga<\/strong>, directora de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Alzheimer de nuestra ciudad. Por su parte el doctor\u00a0<strong>Jorge Santonja<\/strong>, m\u00e9dico de la misma Asociaci\u00f3n de Alzheimer, ha remarcado la importancia de las acciones que se implementan con ActivaMente \u201c<em>es una herramienta preventiva que mejora, y mucho, la calidad de vida de las personas<\/em>\u201c, signific\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe destacar que ActivaMente ha sido posible con el apoyo de instituciones como la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia, que aportar\u00e1 voluntarios al mismo programa, y que ha facilitado los recursos con los que se ha equipado al espacio \u201c<em>son en concreto 13 ordenadores, que ya no iban a tener uso en las instalaciones universitarias, y que se han adecuado para poder hacer con ellos los diferentes detalles<\/em>\u201c, comenta\u00a0<strong>Pau Mir\u00f3<\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n universitaria.\u00a0Todo ello con el importante apoyo del Rotary Club Alcoy Font Roja \u201c<em>hemos escuchado una necesidad que hab\u00eda y enseguida nos pusimos en marcha para que pudiera hacerse realidad en el menor tiempo posible<\/em>\u201c, indica\u00a0<strong>Lalo Blanes<\/strong>, como portavoz de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estos momentos el programa se desarrolla solo los lunes, mi\u00e9rcoles, y viernes por las ma\u00f1anas.
