Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>las intervenciones que se van a llevar a cabo a partir de la pr\u00f3xima semana en el n\u00famero 50 de la calle Sant Francesc de nuestra ciudad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"506\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"185\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a><\/span>ha adjudicado las\u00a0<strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"213\">obras<\/strong>\u00a0para completar la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"246\">demolici\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0del edificio situado en el n\u00famero 50 de la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"313\">calle Sant Francesc<\/strong>\u00a0y acondicionar posteriormente la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"358\">parcela<\/strong>. Los trabajos previos de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"410\">adecuaci\u00f3n del terreno<\/strong>\u00a0ya han comenzado y est\u00e1 previsto que el derribo del inmueble sea inminente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"910\">La actuaci\u00f3n se ejecuta de forma\u00a0<strong data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"556\">subsidiaria<\/strong>\u00a0y con cargo a la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"587\">propiedad<\/strong>, con un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"611\">presupuesto<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"634\">47.500,07 euros<\/strong>\u00a0(IVA incluido), despu\u00e9s de un prolongado\u00a0<strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"708\">procedimiento administrativo<\/strong>\u00a0motivado por el reiterado\u00a0<strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"753\">incumplimiento<\/strong>\u00a0de los titulares del edificio. El\u00a0<strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"929\">expediente<\/strong>, seg\u00fan recuerdan desde el consistorio,\u00a0se remonta a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"961\">agosto de 2024<\/strong>, cuando el inmueble fue declarado en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1031\">situaci\u00f3n de ruina inminente<\/strong>\u00a0y se orden\u00f3 su demolici\u00f3n en el plazo de un mes. Ante la falta de respuesta, en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1123\">octubre<\/strong>\u00a0se concedieron cinco d\u00edas adicionales para ejecutar los trabajos, con la advertencia de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1234\">multas coercitivas<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1262\">ejecuci\u00f3n subsidiaria<\/strong>. Posteriormente se llev\u00f3 a cabo un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1317\">derribo parcial<\/strong>, lo que oblig\u00f3 a dictar una nueva resoluci\u00f3n en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1385\">febrero de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0para eliminar el resto de la edificaci\u00f3n, tratar la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1451\">medianera<\/strong>, ejecutar una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1514\">solera para la evacuaci\u00f3n de aguas pluviales<\/strong>\u00a0y cerrar el solar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"2137\">Aunque en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1562\">abril de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0la propiedad comunic\u00f3 que asumir\u00eda las obras pero estas no llegaron a iniciarse. El Ayuntamiento abri\u00f3 entonces en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1683\">julio<\/strong>\u00a0el expediente de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1722\">ejecuci\u00f3n forzosa<\/strong>\u00a0y concedi\u00f3 un \u00faltimo plazo de quince d\u00edas. El incumplimiento deriv\u00f3 en la imposici\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1852\">dos multas coercitivas de 3.000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0en agosto y septiembre y en el traslado del caso al\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1926\">Ministerio Fiscal<\/strong>\u00a0por un posible\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1984\">delito de desobediencia a la autoridad<\/strong>. Finalmente, en\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2014\">noviembre<\/strong>\u00a0se acord\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n subsidiaria, que ha podido materializarse tras la adjudicaci\u00f3n de las obras a finales de diciembre\u00a0<em data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2368\">\u00abdesde el primer momento hemos actuado con contundencia y dentro del marco legal para dar una soluci\u00f3n definitiva al estado de este inmueble\u00bb<\/em>. Adem\u00e1s, ha subrayado que\u00a0<em data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2735\">\u00abel Ayuntamiento no ha estado parado en ning\u00fan momento, sino que hemos sido extremadamente cuidadosos en toda la tramitaci\u00f3n, imponiendo las sanciones correspondientes y dando cuenta a la justicia del incumplimiento, para finalmente asumir los trabajos subsidiariamente valorando siempre el beneficio y la seguridad de toda la ciudadan\u00eda\u00bb,\u00a0<\/em>explica la concejala de Urbanismo,\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2901\">La intervenci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 eliminar un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2795\">punto degradado<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2816\">casco urbano<\/strong>\u00a0y mejorar las condiciones de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2872\">seguridad y salubridad<\/strong>\u00a0en esta zona de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2889\" data-end=\"2898\">Alcoy<\/strong>.
