Todos ellos nos han aportado una receta representativa de su carta al mismo tiempo que nos detallan la forma en la que se puede realizar, los ingredientes e incluso donde los podemos encontrar para disfrutar de sus propuestas culinarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"1229\">La presentaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con una <strong data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"942\">mesa redonda<\/strong> con expertos de Alcoy y nuestras comarcas como <strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"975\">Tono Belda<\/strong> (profesor de la Universidad de Alicante), <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1014\">Ferran Albors<\/strong> (gran conocedor de las hierbas medicinales de la Serra de Mariola) y <strong data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1077\">Juan Mart\u00ednez Va\u00f1o<\/strong> (profesor de Cocina y Hosteler\u00eda en el CIP FP Batoi). Todos ellos coincidieron en la <strong data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1207\">necesidad de recopilar recetas tradicionales<\/strong> en formato revista para darlos a conocer a la sociedad actual pero tambi\u00e9n las futuras generaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1438\">Los ejemplares de <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"344\">\u2018La Nostra Cuina\u2019. Las mejores recetas y productos del interior de la provincia de Alicante<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1n disponibles en los <strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1330\">establecimientos participantes<\/strong> o pueden consultarse aqu\u00ed en nuestra web.
