Tambi\u00e9n hemos se\u00f1alado que <strong>un primer informe sobre el proyecto Alcoy Sur detecta carencias desde el punto de vista medioambiental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"675\">El\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3\" data-end=\"50\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/span>\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>ha dado a conocer hoy\u00a0<strong>el informe elaborado por el personal t\u00e9cnico del Departamento de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y Medio Ambiente<\/strong>\u00a0del consistorio en relaci\u00f3n con el proyecto del parque empresarial\u00a0<strong data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"218\">Alcoy Sur<\/strong>, una iniciativa tramitada conjuntamente con la Generalitat Valenciana y la C\u00e1mara de Comercio. El documento, ya remitido a la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente,\u00a0<strong>descarta el procedimiento de evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental estrat\u00e9gica simplificada planteado inicialmente<\/strong>\u00a0y solicita q<strong>ue el proyecto se someta a una evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental ordinaria<\/strong>, al considerar necesarios estudios mucho m\u00e1s exhaustivos para garantizar su viabilidad y la protecci\u00f3n del entorno natural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"1200\">El informe t\u00e9cnico municipal, seg\u00fan informan desde el gobierno local,\u00a0 concluye que la documentaci\u00f3n aportada hasta el momento\u00a0<strong>resulta insuficiente<\/strong>\u00a0para evaluar el impacto de una actuaci\u00f3n de cerca de un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados. Entre las\u00a0<strong>principales carencias<\/strong>\u00a0detectadas figuran la falta de garant\u00edas en la protecci\u00f3n del acu\u00edfero del Molinar, la ausencia de estudios detallados sobre el impacto paisaj\u00edstico, la conectividad ecol\u00f3gica de una zona pr\u00f3xima al Parc Natural de la Font Roja y a la red Natura 2000, as\u00ed como la protecci\u00f3n de la fauna aut\u00f3ctona \u201c<em data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1414\">la ciudad necesita una gran zona industrial para dar respuesta a las empresas y atraer inversiones, pero esto no supone un cheque en blanco\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>manifiesta al respecto el alcalde,\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong><em data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1414\">,\u00a0<\/em>subrayando que la preservaci\u00f3n del entorno natural es una l\u00ednea roja para el gobierno local. En la misma l\u00ednea, la concejala de Urbanismo,\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>, ha destacado que \u201c<em data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1742\">se trata de un informe muy exigente porque la zona lo merece, y el proyecto solo podr\u00e1 avanzar si se demuestra con datos que no existe riesgo ambiental\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>afirm\u00f3 contundentemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"2101\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">El consistorio espera ahora que la Generalitat, como promotora del proyecto supramunicipal,\u00a0<strong>incorpore en los presupuestos de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0una partida econ\u00f3mica suficiente para desarrollar los estudios requeridos.
